Let’s talk about your shoot!

First let’s make sure we’re a good fit

Finding the perfect wedding photographer for you and your partner is super important. Many people can take nice photos, but it’s important to choose someone you get along with on a personal level. Why?

Your photographer is with you almost the entire day on one of the biggest days of your life!

You want the person behind the camera to make you comfortable, to have your back, and to make you feel good!

MY SHOOTING STYLE

I’m all about the candids! I stand back and watch so I can see the little things you’re too busy to notice.

Your flower girl looking up in admiration at you in your dress,
the tears falling down your mother’s face when you say “I do”.

I’m not big on posing, but instead might give prompts to get you and your partner interacting with each other.

You can look in the mirror and smile if you want to see what you two look like together. What you can’t see (and where I come in) are the sweet moments between you two:

the way he brushes the hair away from your face and kisses your forehead, how you still blush when he whispers something sweet in your ear.

INSPIRATION

I’m largely inspired by film photography, especially the 90s point-and-shoot cameras from my childhood.

Photos serve as memories and I want them to feel that way - dreamy, candid, romantic, nostalgic.

I also shoot film! It’s my favorite. I have a few different cameras that I use, but my go-to is the Olympus Stylus Epic. It’s a point-and-shoot, so the settings are automatic meaning I can put all my focus on composition and lighting and create something cool and totally unique! The photos come out really artsy and fun :)

 FAQ

  • How many photos do you deliver?

It depends on how many hours I’m there on the big day, but on average you can expect to receive 50-100 photos per hour.

  • How soon will I get to see my photos?

I will post a sneak peak on social media within a few days, send you a slideshow within a couple weeks, and you will have your full gallery in 6-8 weeks! I also offer rush delivery for an extra fee :)

  • Should I book a second photographer?

Totally up to you, but I recommend it, especially if you have over 150 guests. It’s nice to have another photographer there to grab shots from different angles and put their spin on telling your story, and also to assist me in whatever I may need.

  • Do you travel?

I sure do! I love to travel and am down to shoot anywhere! Tell me what you’re planning and let’s set something up!

  • Can I print my photos?

Yes! The gallery I upload them to has a print store built in where you can order products directly from a photo lab. You are also welcome to print the photos yourself, but I strongly recommend using my lab as they are professionals who hand print, color correct and won’t crop any heads off when printing! You want these memories to last a lifetime and to look as the artist (me!) meant for them to look.

  • Can I order an album from you?

Absolutely! I design my own albums and send them to be printed from one of the top photo labs in Europe. Their albums are stunning! You invest so much on your wedding day and a photo album is what can be passed down to remember it forever. I’ll design it for you, letting you choose your favorite pictures and giving you a chance to revise it and make changes before it goes to print. It’s a great investment; you’ll love it.
